Here are job position details for your review:

Job Title: Customer Service Rep (Repairs)
Pay Rate: $17 to $18/HR
Duration: 8.1 months
Location: New Kensington, PA
Shift: 7:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Description

Looking for a Receiver to support the Customer Service Repair Center located in New Kensington, PA. This position will report directly to the Repair Center Manager. The Repair Center Receiver will help us to ensure that the business runs efficiently by processing deliveries and ensuring items are correctly stored. Their duties include updating company inventories after items are received, and inspecting deliveries when they arrive.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares customer complaints and executes communication and correspondence with customer and with internal Repair Center resources.
  • Conducts the inbound delivery process, and checks documentation, and papers.
  • Agrees with customers on timelines for repair processes, in cooperation with accountable Repair Technicians or Repair Management.
  • Gathers data and information from the Repair organization (e.g. personal working hours, absenteeism, operating grade, workload, etc.).
  • Prepares routine reports, correspondence, and/or statistics for unit management.
  • Maintains Repair records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems.
  • Prepares the dispatch documents needed to ship the product or machine repaired back to the customer.
  • Supports the Repair organization with any other general support activities.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 years of successful experience in the area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
  • Ability to work and adapt in a team environment.
  • Ability to wear required safety equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, arc flash-rated clothing/equipment, and hearing protection).
  • Capable of maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Possess the ability to climb to different heights and work at heights above waist level
  • Ability to work overtime and flexible hours.
  • Math Skills are required.
  • Good written and oral communication is required.
  • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Explorer, and SAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
